2. Status of compliance with requirements

The Theraline online shop is partially compliant with the requirements of the Barrier-Free Accessibility Act (BFSG)  and (EU) Directive 2019/882.

We are continuously working to improve the digital accessibility of our shop.

3. Non-accessible content

•   PDF documents (e.g. operating instructions or product brochures): Some of these cannot be fully captured by screen readers.
•   Contrast ratios in certain design elements may be insufficient at times.
• Image descriptions (alt text): Not all images currently have complete alternative text.

We are currently working on making this content accessible and plan to implement improvements by 31 December 2025.
